Based on Microsoft Windows, COM+ (Component Services) and SQL Server, the ARCS system is engineered to be efficient, flexible and highly scalable. All data are stored in industry standard SQL databases.
The ARCS Non-Stop Architecture allows you to add or modify any study or questionnaire, or retrieve collected data at any time, even while surveys are being conducted.
The ARCS Dual Mode allows you to write one questionnaire and publish it on both the IVR (telephone) system and the WEB. This gives your respondents a choice of how they want to participate and saves you the expense of programming two questionnaires and training your staff on two different systems.
ARCS Study Info is a web based real-time reporting tool. It allows you to view key study counts, quotas and results of closed-end questions. Administrators can provide clients with a user ID/password combination that will restrict the client to specific studies.
