Consumer Cellular Sample is drawn from a database consisting of name, address, cellular telephone number and individual and household level demographics. This database is updated monthly using hundreds of different sources including public data, phone directories, US Census data, consumer surveys, and other proprietary sources. Samples can be drawn to include one phone number per household or multiple phone numbers per household. A household may have several different cellular phone numbers tied to a single address (such as a family plan with two parents and two children.)

Consumer Cellular Sample can be targeted from small areas, such as census block, up to national levels. Each record has a number of demographic variables to enable targeting of specific demographic segments. Consumer Cell sample includes phone number, address, name, along with county-based geographic variables including FIPS, CBSA, and DMA codes.
